I am absolutely positively in love with avocado, and decided to make an avo salad for dinner.
-I simply cut each vegetable with a knife into 4 sections
-Add my favorite dressing
-A few dashes of pepper
-Sprinkle a few olives, onions (for flavor of course), and tomatoes
-Add a splash of Lemon Juice
…and voila! There you have it! Something very light, and tasty to munch on for dinner if you’re really hot. It is summer time, so heavy meals can tend to get a bit… I don’t know Humid. So if you want to try this out (and haven’t before), be my guest and let me know how much you like it! I’m sure you’ll love it as much as I do.

On the way to the Holland Tunnel, and I had to take a picture of the clouds beside me. The sunlight’s rays mixed in perfectly peering out from being the bunched up cotton-balls. The city silhouette was absolutely gorgeous! Hope you liked it as much as I did.
P.S. there’s an airplane shaped cloud on the left.. Pretty cool, right?
